Sabine McNeill discusses the rights and wrongs of recording court proceedings. In the 21st century many would say this should be normal. The privatisation of transcription services mean extortion for those that need them and also transcripts get lost abroad and in bankrupt private businesses.

Maurice Kirk has had a day in court today in Cardiff and relates events.

UK National Defence Association CEO Cdr John Mucksworthy explains that Britain is being disarmed and could not project much power with only 30 or so warships. Aircraft Carriers that don’t have any planes and ridiculous sale of Harrier jump jets to the United States Marine Corps.

Recent cuts to the British army also discussed.
