Read on for the details of this week’s show…

Discussion with Jason Yannacopoulous about ATOS DWP assessments urging disabled people not to get depressed and despair at the way they are being treated by the UK coalition government but to be brave and stand together with others to resist Ian Duncan-Smith’s attacks. Building on the Paralympics legacy to recognise that there are people around that do care about you.

Huw Lloyd-Langton passed away on 6th December. He was one of the original guitarists for the legendary band Hawkwind, who played the free party circuit in the late sixties and early seventies, even playing for free outside the Isle Of Wight Festival because they believed the ticket prices were too high. We have an exclusive interview with Huw recorded last May (2011) where Huw explains some of the reasons Hawkwind got interested in the idea of armageddon and a dystopian future but played it as a message to the listeners and fans abut also as entertainment. Criticism of modern music as far too soulless and commercially driven.

Alan Francovich this week looks at the CIA as nothing ore that a bunch of predatory con-men who go round the world looking for enemies they can bully and whose resources they want to grab!

Jeff Sparks finishes up with song of the week from Saxon
